Export

At Valles Andinos del Peru, we export our products to different countries around the world such as the United States, Spain, and Mexico, with the latter being our largest market. Thanks to our extensive network of distributors and customers, we have managed to establish ourselves as a leading company in the production and export of garlic and paprika chili peppers.

Chinese
Garlic

• Scientific name: Allium sativum

Garlic is a vegetable consisting of the underground bulb, commonly known as a garlic head. It is highly appreciated as a seasoning for its characteristic flavor, and also for its multiple medicinal effects due to the sulfur compounds it contains. Chinese garlic has two varieties: white and purple.

The heads of Chinese garlic are medium-sized, rounded, and tend to have 8 to 10 curved cloves. White Chinese garlic is tasteless and has a shorter shelf life than the purple variety. The export presentation that we offer for this product is as fresh garlic in boxes of 10 kg (22.04 lbs) and 13 kg (30 lbs) or in mesh bags of 25 kg (55.11 lbs).

Napuri
Garlic

• Scientific Name: Allium sativum

Garlic is a vegetable consisting of an underground bulb, commonly known as a garlic head. It is highly valued as a seasoning due to its characteristic flavor, and also because it contains multiple medicinal effects from the sulfur compounds it contains.

Napuri garlic has an amorphous shape and tends to have 12 to 18 cloves. Its color is brownish-violet, it has a strong flavor, and a pronounced aroma. The export presentation we offer for this product is fresh garlic in boxes of 10 kg (22.04 lb) and 13 kg (30 lb) or in mesh bags of 25 kg (55.11 lb).

● Scientific name: Capsicum annuum, L.

Peruvian pepper, also known as paprika, is a variety of sweet pepper with a very characteristic reddish color that is mainly used as a natural coloring agent for food, textile, and cosmetic industries.

The export presentation that we offer for this product is as whole dried paprika, in boxes of 11.34 kg (25 lbs) or pressed into bales of 80 kg (176.4 lbs).
